Metlifecare Oakridge Retirement Village reached a significant milestone this week, the bathroom pods arrived.

The project consists of a two-storey structure, clad with a mixture of weatherboards and brick veneer, consisting of 65 care suites as well as village amenities, commercial kitchen, café, library and salon. The building includes CLT flooring and wall components manufactured by Red Stag in Rotorua and bathrooms pods from SYNC in Australia.
