It was a fantastic night for Kalmar Construction at the 2026 Commercial Project Awards, with four of our projects recognised for their quality, innovation and delivery.

We were proud to take home three Gold Awards and one Silver Award:

Gold – Jimmy’s Point Apartments, Hobsonville Point
Gold – Metlifecare Oakridge, Kerikeri
Gold – Remuera Gardens, Remuera
Silver – Skills Hub, Highbrook

It was particularly special to attend the awards alongside our clients and share in the recognition of these projects. The evening was a great opportunity to acknowledge the strong relationships, collaboration and teamwork that sit behind every successful project.

These awards are a reflection of the many people involved in bringing each project to life – our clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and the wider Kalmar team. From planning and problem-solving through to construction and delivery, the commitment and expertise across these projects has helped achieve outcomes we can all be proud of.

Having four projects recognised by the industry is a fantastic achievement for Kalmar and a testament to the strength of the partnerships we build throughout every project.
