The project included a 1,500m2 fit-out refurbishment of the offices in an existing 2 level industrial building.
The project was undertaken whilst maintaining operational needs during construction for the Client, including the sales office, warehouse and customer parking.
The scope included upgrading the toilet facilities, staff kitchen / kitchenettes, office areas & facilities, along with upgrading seismic restraints for the ceiling and in ceiling services.
Works included mechanical system upgrades to the existing offices and electrical reconfiguration to suit the fit out works.
The demolition package included demolition of the existing security vault.
