A multi-stage fit-out and construction project for SKILLS Institute’s live Wiri campus, including a commercial kitchen, five new classrooms and a multipurpose event centre with toilet block. The scope covered civils, structural works, SIP roofing, cladding, aluminium joinery, integrated services and detailed fit-out, including operable walls.
Working within a live campus, careful planning, robust health and safety protocols and clearly communicated staged methodologies were critical to maintaining normal campus operations throughout the works.
The project was delivered on time with minimal disruption to staff and students, providing SKILLS Institute with new, purpose-built teaching, training and event facilities.
