The Works comprise of the fitout of a temporary gym located at 70 Stanley Street.
The scope of works includes but is not limited to the following – Minor demolition works – Installation of full height walls – Construction of a raised floor in the bathroom area – Fitout of bathroom facilities – Installation and commissioning of services to the bathrooms, open plan gym, group fitness and other ground floor areas (including security systems and AV cabling) – Minor fitout works to an area of the office space on level 2 to make it suitable for group fitness.
