In its former life 14 Todd Plaza, New Lynn was a redundant, abandoned former Bank of New Zealand branch building.
When Kalmar was awarded the build only contract to redevelop and revitalise this historically significant but rundown site, it was hard to believe that this unloved, sawtooth roofed building and retail spaces could be transformed into an avant garde, architecturally designed building and terraced apartments.
